NUDE IN THE MOOD

The first stage of another painting. I paint in various color areas until the canvas is covered. That's the only way I can tell how the values and colors work together.

Further work on establishing the color values. All my basic color choices go through various phases of development and changes during this process.

JUBILANT MUSE
After many hours of altering color values I finally arrive at the point where I feel the painting is finished. Sometimes even days after reaching this decision I still may make a few more minor color changes.
