Having computer problems

I'm having a few problems with my computers, Firefox keeps crashing as well as my scanner. When I get a chance I'll be off to the Mac Store, could be a couple of weeks before I get this straightened out.

Oh No! My MacBook is 3 years old almost and falling apart slowly but surely.
