I'm having a gout attack in both my hands as well as my feet. I won't be able to post for a couple of days or won't be able to drive anywhere.

New Book Cover

A Canadian publisher, Dundurn, recently contacted me about using one of my paintings for a book cover. It was a painting of Makola Market in Ghana that I did after visiting the country. Below is the original painting.

January was a tough month !

It was cold and our area had lots of snow in January. My furnace went out twice and I spent a lot of time in front of the fireplace. I went out to buy a space heater and hit a big pothole resulting in a flat tire ! Maybe this month will be better. It was very pretty outside though, but I've had enough of winter.
