Early in my career as an illustrator working in Detroit I experienced many terrible deadlines during car catalog season, All Detroit artists worked many odd hours then. Killer deadline. I can sympathize. I ...Nice boards. Killer deadline. I can sympathize. I did the initial boards for a National Lampoon film. I was suprised to find they wanted the whole script storyboarded and done in 12 days, and, at that point, they had enough money for one guy to do the boards. Luckily, the director had a set of stick figure layouts for me to follow. I got the job done (all pencil, no color-thank God!), but that last day I drew 96 frames and my hand ended up swollen.<br /><br />Needless to say, I took the next 2 days off.<br /><br />Again, thanks for posting your work.Oscar Solisnoreply@blogger.com
